Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups milk


  • 3 tbsp sugar


  • 2 tsp condensed milk


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2 piece bread(sliced)


  • 1/2 cups ghee


  • 1-2 tsp grated pistachio,to taste

Directions

  • In a sauce pan pour 1 cup milk along with 3 tbsp sugar,2 tbsp condensed milk, half tbsp cardamom powder.
  • Boil it until the milk become half cup.
  • Switch off stove and keep milk sauce aside.
  • Cut the sides of the bread and cut into halves.
  • Toast the Slices until it become golden brown in a frying pan.
  • Place the toasted bread slices in a serving plate as shown in the picture
  • Pour the already prepared milk sauce to the top of it.
  • Spread some grated pistachio and serve!
